What's your return policy?
It is simple - no questions asked if returned within 10 days, and the item is not broken, has not been worn, and has not been used.

How long does it take for you to process orders?
We process orders within 48 hours. You will get an email response when your order has been processed.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is 5-10 days or less (depending on the post office and UPS, of course.)

What if an item is out of stock?
On that occasion we contact you immediately and offer a full refund or a substitute, depending on what you would like. 99% of the time when an item is out of stock it is back in stock in a few days.

What if I don't like my purchase?
On these rare occasions we offer a no questions asked return policy as long as you did not break the item, it is in its original condition, has not been worn (for wearable items) AND no more than 10 days have passed since you received it.

What if my purchase is broken when it gets to me?
Return it. We will replace it at no charge AND we will pick up the shipping charge it costs you to send it back to us.

I have a product I would like to have you carry at the store. Can you do that?
Yes! We are always looking for new and unusual things, particularly hand crafted items. Email us or call.

I keep clicking ADD TO CART but when I look at the Paypal window it doesn't show all my items I've ordered. What's wrong?
Most likely you just forgot to click the "Update Cart" button in the Paypal Window. Always make sure to click that button whenever you want to add an item to your cart. You can always change the number of any item in your cart - or delete it - before you place the order. You can get more detailed information about the shopping cart here.
